Boreal Industrial Distributors is a regional B2B sales group with 7 locations across the Ottawa region, headquartered in Ottawa. Founded in 2012, our sales professionals serve clients and customers throughout the region with a hands-on, locally rooted approach.

About the role

You'll support senior account managers on a portfolio of client accounts: preparing proposals and reports, tracking deliverables, and handling day-to-day client questions so nothing slips. You'll join client calls and take ownership of follow-ups, keep the CRM current, monitor account health indicators like usage and renewal dates, and gradually take on smaller accounts of your own as you learn the ropes.

What you'll bring

You bring strong organization, a service mindset, and clear written and spoken communication. Internship or early experience in sales, marketing, or client service helps. You're eager to learn the commercial side of account work and unafraid to pick up the phone.
